Adaptation

Our body responds to the environment we give it, we then start to have symptoms, they will be positive or negative depending on what you are providing for it. We experience these symptoms positively when we start going to the gym and go on a health kick for example, we see changes in our energy, skin, strength etc.

But when we are providing the body with an environment that isn’t supportive of optimising it’s health, then we start to get pain, problems with weight management, changes in our energy, etc. I call these dashboard indicators, much like a car, lights on your dashboard that come on telling you that the body is adapting to the environment you are giving it. As time moves on and we ignore those lights, and maybe even just snip the wire to the root cause of those lights, we move into increased adaptation by the body, dis-ease.
