Oh I do love my salad’s even in winter! Today’s salad is a mixture of yesterdays steamed baby potatoes, and chickpeas, which satisfies both myself and my other half who likes salad to be more substantial.
For 2
1/2 can of chickpeas
5 Baby tomato’s
1/4 of a cucumber chopped
2 steamed baby potatoes
Baby leaf salad bag, which had spinach, watercress, and baby leaf’s!
Lovely French Dressing. Make it yourself and keep it in the fridge.
