Day 7 – Get back on the wagon 2015!

All you can do is chew! Yes today is to remind you of one of the most basic things that most of us are forgetting to do, which is to chew our food. Often my clients come to me with sore stomach areas, cramping, bloating and IBS, and they are not chewing their foods properly. Such a small thing can make all the difference with the digestive system. If you want to be slimmer, then those who take time to chew their foods more fully tend to be slimmer. By chewing the food down more to a blend in the mouth, you will absorb more of your nutrients, you place less pressure on the rest of the digestion. So it makes total sense to take your time over chewing your foods.
