Apple Porridge

20150102_110125Nothing better in winter than a warming porridge, I’ve made this one with flax/linseed meal, and cinnamon!

1/4 chopped apple

Porridge Oats enough for 1 soaked in water over night

1 tablespoon of Flax or Linseed Meal (I get mine from High Barn Oils or The Linseed Farm

Sprinkle of cinnamon to taste.

Low GL as well hurrah and I love the fact it’s full of water and rich in antioxidants.
