Wondering what on earth you should be doing with your coconut kefir once you’ve made it? Makes enough for everyone!!
1 cup of cherries, and red berries frozen
1 banana
1 tablespoon of Sun Warrior Protein
1 cup of coconut kefir
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Water or Almond / Cashew nut milk- the amount is up to you just consider the consistency of smoothie you want!
Blend together, and drink. It’s a meal so you should be taking your time over drinking it, don’t gulp it down!
