…and are they throwing their pom poms up in the air when you achieve something? Are those around you giving you the support you need, the encouragement or are they draining you, because who surrounds you totally matters. I have made sure in the past few years that those who surround me are totally supportive of what I do and how I do it. They give me good solid advice that enables me to build, grow, and develop in so many ways.
