A post workout smoothie, for a particularly hard workout. This makes about 1 litre, so will be enough for 2 or across the day.
2 banana’s frozen
1 cup of frozen cherries
1 tablespoon of Sun Warrior Protein Powder
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 tablespoon of raw chocolate powder
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of coconut water
3 cups of water
