Helen Turier RGN MAR is the author of ‘ Bounce-back Ability: Developing Resilience on the Rollercoaster of Life’, a reflexologist and creator of ‘The B.OU.N.C.E. Model of Resilience’. With over 28 years experience as a nurse and therapist she has helped a wide range of people to transform their wellbeing by learning to manage their stress and develop their resilience.
Her personal rollercoaster has seen her go from life as a military nurse to being a lone parent with three pre-school children, living on social welfare, to becoming the director on the board of two IT healthcare companies within just five years.
After the sale of the companies in 2005 Helen took time to reconnect with her purpose, which is empowering people to develop life balance and ultimate wellbeing through reflexology and resilience.
Helen knows and understands the skills and mindset required to juggle life’s many conflicting demands. Her insightful and inspirational style helps her clients to take control, so they can achieve a successful and balance life.
Helen blogs, writes books, runs online training courses, holds public workshops, as well as seeing private clients.
Her mission is to get more BOUNCE into the world.
