I love tahini, I love chocolate so it’s a marriage made in heaven! Tahini has a very distinctive taste so you may wish to use more or less. Use maca sparingly if you are not used to it, it helps to balance the hormones but also will give you energy.
2/3 tblsp of tahini
2/3 tblsp of raw chocolate powder
1 small banana
1/5 teaspoon of maca powder
1/5 teaspoon of reishi mushroom powder
1 pint of water.
