A rather quick and easy addition to a health routine for you, I juiced several apples, then blended it with turmeric. I did then add a chunk of ginger to the next one and found that I was lovely and warm.
5 apples juiced to make 250ml of juice
1 cm chunk of ginger root
1/2 a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Juice the apples, add 250ml of filtered water, then blend with the turmeric and ginger root. Lovely, you can add some ice cubes if you want to feel more refreshed.
It’s a great way of helping to reduce inflammation.
