Well not one you would want to have too often, but it was the weekend, I was letting my hair down…etc etc, and I thought I deserved the smoothie of all smoothies…bliss is where it is at, after I had come down! Mind you I forgot to photograph it….so it’s partly drunk! LOL
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon of tahini
1 capful of Freelytes
2 tablespoons of cashews
1 tablespoon of cacao nibs
1 teaspoon of lecithin, because you are worth it!
1/3 teaspoon of reishi mushroom
water to the thickness of smoothie you want!
