One of only a handful of top Kettlebell Trainers in the UK, he’s passionate about teaching Russian Kettlebells and trains all his clients with the kettlebell.
A Health and fitness writer And….as though that’s not enough to wear you out….He’s just won gold, at The English Kettlebell Chsmpionships.
He has also been voted ‘My Hero Instructor’ by Fit Pro magazine, so lets not only welcome but also give a round of applause to Jamie Lloyd.
So this week we welcome Jamie Lloyd, talking about the history of kettle bells, why you might choose them over normal weights in the gym, who is best suited for using and training with them. He’s developed a great programme for ladies with them called BuggyBells which allows women to train whilst their children are with them, so you don’t have to find a child minder. I think it’s such a great idea, and he does all of this around a fire fighting career!
