He combines his knowledge and experience as a Strength and Kettlebell Coach with over 20 years of personal experience of intensive physical training from rugby union, martial arts, soccer, mountain biking, running, triathlons and endurance events.
One of only a handful of top Kettlebell Trainers in the UK, he’s passionate about teaching Russian Kettlebells and trains all his clients with the kettlebell.

He’s developed a great programme for ladies with them called BuggyBells which allows women to train whilst their children are with them, so you don’t have to find a child minder. I think it’s such a great idea, and he does all of this around a fire fighting career!
