Rockin’ Robin Breakfast smoothie

20150107_104329Here’s my part drunk smoothie that I thought I would share with you today!

Not quite so red as the robin’s red breast, but as close as I could get without it becoming the equivalent of a Bloody Mary! Today’s smoothie is a great way of starting off your day, and will help to balance the blood sugar, keeping you going until lunch time.

1 cup of raspberries

2 cups of almond milk

1/2 scoop of Sun Warrior Protein

1/2 banana

Blend and go…food that is fast!
