It can be quite difficult each morning to think about having a different breakfast other than cereal, but by backing off from commercial cereal products, and introducing nutrient rich breakfasts you set yourself up for the day.
I’ve used the coconut kefir from the recipe on the website which you can find here with frozen berries, then boosted the recipe with nuts and linseed to add protein and increase the fats. Antioxidant and probiotic rich, it’s a great way to keep your immunity high.
2 cups of berries
1 tablespoon of cashew nuts
1 tablespoon of linseed and goji berry mix from Linwoods
2 tablespoons of coconut kefir
Mix and eat!
