Well it’s not often that I come across a bank giving out nutritional advice, but they have a report on PDF for download that is all about dietary fats, and the changes in diets over the years, and fat consumption. It outlines the history behind the changing fat consumption, and their projection for the future which interestingly includes coconut oil, and an increase in red meat consumption.
It’s very good as you would expect it to be with all of their research resources they have and very supportive of the approach that is taken by naturopathic nutritionists. It does outline how the medical profession and a high number of those giving out nutritional advice are still behind the latest research in regards to the types of fats that are good for us to be eating.
