Foraging this autumn.

Food for free…I love to go out and forage wild foods, which taste incredibly different to the shop bought, you truly don’t get in touch with your food until you grow it and forage for it. It enables you to understand the seasons, and how your food would grow if it was left in the wild. This time I was foraging for blackberries and mushrooms, but recently I’ve been collecting damsons, and apples…soon the pears will be ripe enough to eat – hurrah!
