Well in my quest to have porridge in as many forms as possible during this winter, I decided to try it with pear…lovely.
Porridge oats
1/2 pear chopped
1 tablespoon of goji berries
Cashew nut milk
2 tablespoons of Flax/linseed meal
Soak your oats and goji berries over night in the nut milk, and in the morning add the linseed meal and slowly cook. For those who like raw, you can eat this soaked overnight as a raw breakie as well!
Add the chopped pear to the top. Eat!
